AKASHI WHITE OAK BLENDED WHISKY

Description: Akashi White Blended Whisky is reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (made from American Oak) about 2 years and then aged in bourbon cask before finishing in sherry cask for about 3 years.
Nose: orange peel, very light smoke, ginger, pepper, honey.
Palate: oily, pepper, sweet cake, citrus fruits, vanilla, honey, wood.
Finish: longer than average, light honey, spices, cinnamon, sweet after taste
