A great tasty liquer. Zappa Sambuca is perhaps best known as a shooter, but this liqueur can also be mixed with lemonade or used as a cocktail ingredient. Sambuca is flavoured with essential oils obtained from anise, star anise, liquorice and other spices. It also contains elderflowers. It is commonly bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.
