Description: Excellent Junmai is brewed in Japan using a 250 year old traditional technique which creates a clean, balanced and simple brew that has a mellow flavour and rich mouthfeel. It has a well-matured, full bodied taste with a delicate earthiness.
Food Pairing: This sake also has the fortunate quality to be enjoyed at all temperatures including HOT for those cold wintery days that need a little zest. The balanced brew matches almost any dish. If served hot, has a good affinity with dishes with a salty taste or a soy sauce taste and dishes with body. Tempura (with salt or dipped in sauce), Sukiyaki, Tofu dishes, and Pot dishes (e.g., Shabu-shabu).
