As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a sales executive who will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our market share within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the liquor industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of liquor brands.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our products, ensuring brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and provide insights to the management team.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Necessary Skill, Experience, and abilities requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is often preferred.
- Several years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the liquor industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of liquor products, industry trends, and local regulations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market information to make informed decisions.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of business acumen and financial management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
