Description: Akashi Toji Whisky is a new blended whisky that is specially crafted by TOJI (master Sake brewer in Japan) at White Oak Distillery of Eigashima Shuzo. Meticulously blended the malt whisky and grain whisky reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (made from American Oak) which cask which separately reserved in selected Bourbon and Spanish sherry cask.
Nose: honey, pepper, vanilla lightly peated
Palate: honey, chocolate, pepper, oak, vanilla, dried fruits.
Finish: honey, spices, cinnamon, longer finish
