AKASHI WHITE OAK BLENDED JAPANESE WHISKY

Akashi White Oak Blended Japanese Whisky is reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (American Oak) about 2 years, and then aged in bourbon cask before finishing in sherry cask for about 3 years. A lesser-known whisky outside the local Japanese market, this version of Akashi is specially produced for the European market using a mixture of Japanese and foreign-made malt and grain whisky to produce a reasonably priced everyday blend.

Palate: White Pepper, Dried Fruits, Apple, Oak, Grapefruit
Nose: Orange feel, Ginger, Pepper, Honey, Vanilla, Sweet Cake, Wood
