Description: Light salmon-coloured with a shimmering fresh scent of rosehip, raspberry, strawberry, pear and rhubarb. In the mouth dry and refreshing with charming fruit and lively “mousse”. Clean and harmonious finish.
Charles Roux Rosé Brut is made in a fresh and fruity style, where the wine’s bubbles are formed by so-called “duck fermentation” on a steel tank under pressure.

Food Pairing: veal, pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc) crispy salads, poultry and mild cheese.
