SHIN Classic Whisky is blended with  2 years finished whisky of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry, which are both previously aged in Japanese Shochu cask (American Oak) for a year.

Tasting Notes
Nose: fruity, slight sweet, vanilla, citrus
Palate: fresh, honey, light oakness, orange peal, hint of white chocolate
Finish: subtle, medium finish, hint of Japanese pepper
