THE FUJISAN BLENDED WHISKY

The Fujisan is a blended grain whiskey from the Nirasaki Distillery. It takes its name from the famous Mount Fuji, symbol of japan because the distillery is located at the foot of this beautiful mountain. It is a rare whisky, with limited availability in Japan in the Koshu region only.

The water used is soft and pure, coming from wells dug in the forests of Mount Fuji at more than 1000m of altitute.

Tasting Notes: Dark Amber in color, its palate is rich and the aromas are complex and elegant, while remaining delicate. Slight notes of vanilla, caramel, tobacco and licorice.
