CAMAS MERLOT

Grape variety: Merlot
Region: Pays d’Oc, Vin de Pays, France

Description: Very deep, intense coloured red wine. The elegant nose reveals scents of spices and dark berry fruit. Savours of blackcurrant predominate, nice soft but present tannins with mixed spices on the palate.

Food Pairing: This red will be marvellous red meat or to accompany our wonderful local recipe, the Fricassee de Limoux.
