This wine is the result of an accurate selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes for the Barolo, from the location of San Biagio in the municipality of La Morra. An attentive and supervised fermentation gives you this great wine. After natural aging in oak barrels or in the smaller oak barrels, and after a short ripening period in the bottle, the wine appears soft and velvety, the color is garnet red with orange shades. The smell is intense, it develops nuances of violets and welkin dog rose up to the “goudron” and dissolves in an ethereal bouquet. The taste is aromatic, austere and pleasantly persistent. It is a very long-lived wine. To enjoy the flavors of this wine better, it is recommended to uncork the wine a few hours before serving and to temper at room temperature.
